Return and Exchange Policy


Upscale Measures Hair Boutique is proud to offer a 3 day exchange policy on all items that have NOT been altered in any way. If there is a problem with your order, we MUST be notified within 3 days of receiving the product. ONCE HAIR IS ALTERED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way.
Due to important Federal laws and health regulations, you cannot return human hair products that have been used.  Please return the item in the original and resalable condition you received it in as a necessary health precaution.
Product can be exchanged for other product. NO refunds will be permitted.
Merchandise must be received before exchange can be granted.
Once your product has been received it will be thoroughly examined. If the product has been returned unused, and in its original and resalable condition an exchange for another hair product will be granted.


Shipping, handling and insurance costs on return shipping and new order shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
We suggest sending products through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.

Orders are shipped the same day as long as the order is placed by3:30 pm EST Monday- Friday. All weekend purchases will be shipped the following business day. Upscale Measures uses USPS with tracking for all shipping. All packages shipped will require signature upon delivery. The shipping and handling cost will be added to your order when you check out. Shipping and handling rates subject to change at any time.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number after your items are shipped. This tracking number can be used for tracking your package at www.usps.com If you do not receive a tracking numberwithin 24 hours of placing your order please call Upscale Measures at478.206.3154

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that national holidays do not count as a business day and should not be considered when calculating shipping times.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Address

Shipping Address

Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Incomplete or incorrect address information are the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. You will be charged for any additional shipping attempts after the first one caused by bad address information. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

Back Orders

Although rare, if a back order occurs on your item(s), we will contact you immediately and offer an option of a full payment refund or placement on priority waiting list. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival.

Fraud & Theft

CREDIT CARD FRAUD & THEFT OF OUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE PROSECUTED
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
